So..I did a little spraying

PLEASE, LET THIS THREAD DIE!-09/28/09

Soooo.....The dark silver side moldings were stock on black 91-93 (I think) turbos....FAIL lol Someone please correct me if this is also wrong info.

What do you guys think? Comments are welcome, good or bad. The only reason I painted the moldings is because i love how white twos had silver ones! So I just had to try for myself. The end result turned out pretty good for $5 Wish the silver was a tad bit darker though. But it's alright for now. I bet I could pull this off with some solid side moldings and clear corners though.

Update! 9/22

Hehe Jeff your right, I knew I should've used a darker grey but I wanted to see what a light silver would look like.

So I woke up today and started prepping up all over agian at 9 am and finished everything at 12.

More opinions please!

I like it, so I'm keeping it!

Hmm, at the risk of a tomato hitting me I have to say it looks a little like a moustache on your very shiny MKII.

I like it. It would look better with solid molding on fenders.

Eh, can't say I'm really diggin' on it. Maybe a darker grey so it's a little more subtle?

The darker is better. Maybe a shade darker still would be even better?

As much I would love to try a shade darker, that'll have to wait. For now this is pretty satisfying hehe.
