Parts of the body cut off. Fixable? how much?
Tommorrow I will get some pics up of it to show exactly what I am talking about
but the previous owner cut up the front of the car, all around the headlights and thats it, they are symmetrical cuts, and to be honest if its from an accident it would be a really odd accident behind both headlights it has the section cut out, and a steel bar welded to cover the difference, same for the inwards side of each, they have a metal bar welded in place of it, so the headlights are really loose on it. and the front, I guess its called Bumper Support, is cut off just in front of the headlights and its missing its bumper beam, but thats ok that should be replaceable other than these cuts the body seems fine (becides the DIY fenders and bumper) my best guess is the guy tried to do some kind of headlight conversion... but it could very well be an accident I just want to know if this type of thing is repairable and is it reasonable to do so... I mean I have seen people weld two halves of a car together (front clip) and make it look perfect but.. |

Anything is fixable with enough time, money, and parts, but yeah, there's no real way to give an estimate without seeing pictures. The bumper support is easy as it should just bolt on.
