JohhnyD is suppose to get the set he made me. He's had it for quite some time, but unfortunately he's been really busy. He's been moving and trying to hire new staff. He's a family ran business, he isn't some huge machine shop. Luckily he made my set, and he wants to send it to JohnnyD rather than have them sit around. But unfortunately he has not been able to get a hold of him. He's going to machine some more after he gets settled in his new place. So if you want to jump in on this then pm me, or you can send him a e-mail. He also has been working with Tam to double check his measurements for the front top mount for the 85. Other than that, he wants to send a set to Johnny, but he works some weird hours and not always available on the phone. So he's going to try to get a hold of him, and if not he's just going to go down his list, and I believe Jr. Two was the 2nd person who pm'd me to forward his info.

To be honest, I have no idea what they are going to cost now, since I was simply extending the offer to a few people on here since I was having a set made. He gave me a homie hookup, and I extended the same offer to whoever wanted in that was serious. I'm not sure if he would extend the same price now, you would just need to send him a e-mail. Right now he can't get a hold of JohhnyD and he ain't reply back to my Pm's so I am just assuming he is backing out, so whoever is next in line gets my set.

Hey Tam, did Andy e-mail you the pictures of the AW11 coilovers yet bro? Last time I talked to him he was going to send everyone pictures of the set he made for me. I told you they were awesome!

He's going to be sending the set to Jr. Two. I'm not sure what happened to JohhnyD, but I have not seen him on the board lately. My ass is broke now after having to fix my car. Damnit!

Well, look who's back online... I spent these last few months just waiting for my coilovers and then I get a call from this number I don't know and... BAM!! There's Andy telling me he thought I was thrown in jail or something =D
Oops. Anyway, thanks AW114life - Andy said you gave me dibs on your set but I was MIA for it, sucks for me. Now I have to wait again but, man, these look great. I wish I had my set already but all is good. Here's some pics Andy sent me:

Hey everyone.

I got my coilovers in the mail a few months ago.

My mr2 is currently not running so I haven't been able to try them out though.

I can take some pictures this weekend.

Sorry I didn't let y'all know sooner (not having a running 2 kind of takes the fun out of things).

Here they are:

As you can see, they look real nice!

Unfortunately, like I said, I can't try them out at the moment...

P.S.

Sorry for the huge, page-stretching, pictures.

Actually he is going to be making the 1985's pretty soon. That was suppose to be my set in the picture above. He has a lifetime warranty on his damper. He's actually moving into his new office pretty soon here. I went to check it out a few weeks ago. I forgot who it was on here, but I know he is going to be making a set for a 85 aw11. I'm sure he can make another set.

Tam, he did ask for your number. That's the only reason why I logged on here. He hasn't forgotten about you. I'm sure you've moved on, but his laptop hard drive went bad, and he lost some spreadsheet he had with everyones names and numbers in it.

No problem Johhny, but he also said he was trying to get a hold of you before he lost your number. So from what I know he wants to make you a set, but he doesn't know where you at bro ;p

Yah, Andy is putting a set together for a 85 aw11 for a guy that messaged me awhile back. PM me and I'll give you his contact info. Last time I checked the set for the 85 aw11 will be done in 2-3 weeks. Maybe he can machine a couple more sets if you contact him in time. I have not been on since my car was vandalized. The pictures that were posted above were suppose to be for my car, but then the car got screwed up. They looked so damn pretty. Atleast they went to a good home. He can make a set for your 89. He made a sweet set for the SW20 a few weeks ago.
