Question about after market brake calipers for an 89 mk1?

I am looking for after market calipers for an 89 mk1.

The factor ones have rusted out and need to be replaced. I would like brembo's but I have done a search and can't find a listing for the early MR2.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

That would be overkill for eny AW11 except a mk 1.5. there other brake kits out there but there isnt anything wrong with the standards IMO

Don't know the details, but I know Mr. Bill, from the other board, adapted a nice set of Wilwoods to one of his cars. Do a search on Mr2oc.com and let us know what you come up with. Although the oem brakes are good, I would think that a dual piston set up would be an improvement.

I think that you might be able to post the link about the brakes here?
