question about my spring

i bought these from a friend and can not find any info on them. he said there lowering springs but they didnt drop me much if any at all from my 93 springs. he said the brand was factory or something like that? there blue springs that say factory on the side.

any info about them would help out. i wanna know if there really lowering springgs or like oem springs. i wanna go lower but not sure how much the springs i have now drop me.
