I've had Tokico Illuminas before and I thought they were great. I never heard of them leaking before. I had mine on my old daily driver for about 4/5 years and put about 55-60k miles on them. The person I sold the car to still has them on and she says the car still drives very comfortable and smooth and she has put over 30k miles on the car in the last 2.5 years.

I've had tokico's on 2 mk1's and my current mk2 and i like them. I'm thinking of finally going to coilover route soon though. I'll probably be selling my Tanabe precedeo springs and illuminas soon if you're interested
