lug help

is there a way to convert from a 4 lug to a 5 lug. My project is unique and would like to see something different. Will the camry setup work or should i go to an older supra for my conversion dont know if it is possible please help.......

I have heard of people swapping to MK2 hubs, but this seems difficult and time consuming... 4 lug to 5 lug spacer/adapters!
