Gauging interest in a meet for Ride and Run...

Thinking about getting together for a Ride and Run... checking availibility and community interest....

The Run will be at Kinston Dragstrip where they host an 1/8th and 1/4 mile track, and test and tune on Sunday's when weather permits. For more information on the track please visit www.kdsmotorsports.com

The Ride can be pretty much anywhere. Me living in New bern, have a decent stretch of US70 west, which is opened up to 70mph for about 24 miles untill we get into Kinston. Pretty good strech of road for a convoy and great for pictures/video's.. but its honestly a straight shot with very little curvature and driving action. Would be just a straight ride.

We could also meet in Jacksonville and ride hwy 55 which is more of a backroad kind of thing,...

Or we could meet in Goldsboro and ride into Kinston from there. That would be taking US70 East and going thru a much bigger town than New Bern or Jacksonville.

Just checking interest, and trying to poke around for idea's.... give me feedback so I can set it up.

Note,.. We could do the ride into Jacksonville as well. They have Coastal Plains Racewayon Hwy 24 towards Richlands, and its my home track... I normally go at least 1 or 2 times a month down there, and it is a 1/8 - 1/4 track as well. Hwy 24 is also more backwoods driving but still 4 lanes wide.
