HI MR2 I AM NEW TO THIS FORUM. IAM THE PROUD OWNER OF A 1986 AW11-MR2NA. I LIVE IN GRENADA IS THE SOUTHERN CARIBBEAN. MY CAR IS ONE OF FOUR MR2'S ON THE ISLAND. AND THE ONLY PRE 1990 FOR THAT MATTER.
I bought my car in 2001 it was shipped to Grenada from the USA 2 years before. (I intend to keep it for the entire duration of my lifetime). My car is immaculately kept and hard the factory paint until after hurricane Ivan. It now boasts a mixture of 15 different pearl paints. The color did not quit workout but it was just an experiment. MODS TO THE CAR INCLUDE - RACE CAMS, HKS HEADERS, HKS EXHAUST FOR THE SUPERCHARGED CAR, HKS POWER FLOW AIR FILTER, AUTOMETER REV LIMITER AND MOMMO STEERING WHEEL. AUDIO IS POWERED BY CLARION. THIS CAR IS EXTREMELY FAST AND IS MY DAILY DRIVER. WITH THESE MODS IT RUNS VERY CLOSE TO THE 1991 TURBOCHARGED MR2. I AM PROUD.
Parts for these cars are very hard to source because of its rareness to our island so any help for parts would be very much appreciated. Contact me at mr2board pm or / adriel_dubois @ hotmail.com. I visit the US (Brooklyn NY)at least once every year.

The picture you see is an actual photo of my car a couple years ago the background is of the world famous Grand Anse beach and part of the capital city St. George's. I am presently in NY City on vacation when I return home in a couple weeks I will gladly postsome pictures. My greatest wish is to put on a nice bodykit on the car.
