Its alittle dirty around the engine bay, cause i have working on it. The alternator is not recirculating for some reason. Can't figure it out but anyways there it is.

Ya as far as i know the thing is the 93. but the 93 engine was bored 40 over. And the owner ran it as 22psi on the stock turbo. Because i think the wastegate was stuck closed. And the rings were fried so instead of takeing the chance of piston slap and wasteing all that money cause i was on a tight budget. I just had them swap a 91t in it for right now until i can look at it to make sure it doesnt have piston slap. But the pistons were sleaved i think so it shouldnt i heard if they were sleaved but idk. Srry for the novice awnser to ur question.

Yeah, but he said he swapped in a 91T engine, because he wanted to check out the 93T engine.
Wow! If you were on a low budget, did it cost you any money to put in the 91T engine? |

It was gonna be like 800 to pull the engine apart. And not knowing if it has piston slap might need a new short block ext. which was gonna be like 1200 or somin. I needed a new turbo the other one was shot. My prices might be crazy but thats what i rember. so the 800 could be in vain not including the rest to put the engine back together. I got a 91t motor with 120 thousand miles for 700 . And i paid 900 to take the engine out my car and to take the enigine out the other car, and put my motor back in. So when i get some money i am going to have the other engine checked out. Its got eagle h rods, Arias forged pistons, bored .40 over, msd ignition, 3 inch dump pipe, tubular manifold. So it was worth it to me got the car for a steal.
