New guy says HI!

Hello everyone..... just wanted to introduce myself to the neighbors! My name is Joseph and I am a carholic. I own too many vehicles, some under the pretense that I will make money on them. I do buy and sell them for a living, but too often I end up holding on to them. My quick list right now? 2 1G DSM awd turbo cars that onlookers consider to be nice (aka, not ragged.... if that is possible in a DSM), 1998 civic ex, 1993 Mazda RX7 (LS1 swap in progress) a few 4x4's if anyone cares.... so on so forth. Last weekend I drove my friend's N/A MkII and thought how much fun it would be to have one. Well, two days later I happened across one at a local auction that I go to, so of course I bought it. (its a bad habit of mine) The car has some rought spots (broken quarter glass, pushed in bumper (minor) and would not rev high, but it did have Gram Lights and a good cd player, so I couldn't resist. I have dipped my wick in quite a few cars with japanese blood, so I figured why not one more? None of my friend's turbo cars seem to stay on the road, no matter how skillful the work or the amount of money spent (I think the problem lies in HP greed) so an N/A really appealed to me to scoot around in. The only thing the car will be lacking as of tomorrow is the glass and the rev problem. Hopefully those two will be fixed shortly.

Well, that's my hello and a little about me and my cars. I only put all that out front b/c all too often in forums people get flamed down for line dropping about other cars and trying to sound like they have more or are better than others. I enjoy doing my own work and helping others with their stuff, be it a 800 HP Supra or an 80 HP Sentra (literally two cars at my friend's shop right now). I have access to Alldata and FSM's if anyone needs any info, so just let me know and I will do what I can. Nice to be part of the community.

I really haven't seen any hating on other brands of cars on this site. If it goes fast, we like it.

We certainly love our MR2s, but appreciate the other makes. Where are you located>
