Hi to everyone. Finally an MR2 owner (91 MKII N/A 5spd 124K) and couldn't be happier to have found this car. Been an admirer of the 2 since reading a Road and Track article back in 1985. Came close to buying several since but just didn't happen. I found this current model at an auction and actually was prepared to pay more that I did, knowing what they can bring. I was pleasantly suprised to find it was a 1 owner car ( I talked to the owner and have the original purchase order) and 100% stock including factory AM/FM head unit with CD and original paint. The car is in amazingly good condition considering it is 16 years old. I am mainly interesed in determining the value of this car and possibly doing some reasonable performance upgrades. In the mean time I am keeping it garaged and driving it only about once a week.
Glad to have found this group and will be visiting often. |
