I guess i should have done this before i posted other stuff but oh well. The car in my profile picture is mine i just bought it 3 days ago. It came with a 3sge engine and tranny to replace 5sfe with spun bearing. Ive already started to rewire with new harness and its pretty straight forward. When it comes to the engine drop and install though im not sure so if there is anybody close to kansas city then post up! Any help would be appreciated!! Love the board so far!! Thanks!

im close to kansas city, well closer than most people on the board are. (about 3.5 hours away) but i wouldnt know beans about the 3sge. it took me and my brother like 15+ hours to get my 3sgte out of the car. this is without any air tools though. hopefully install will be more smooth. good luck on the swap man.

thanks! umm im not sure what red it is? on your engine drop did you need any special tools and did you use a lift or just jack stands? Your mr looks pretty sweet too, like the wheels what are they.

Just so you know; you can take it out over the top too if you have the clearance in your work space and your lift will take it up that high. No special tools are really needed, just be very careful of the slave cylinder.
