I'm still looking for answers on the swap i did (with my 91turbo) i installed a gen3 without the wire harness nor the gen3 ecu. can the gen2 ecu and wire harness on the gen3 ? what about the map-sensor ?

No...you're screwed. Uninstall it and buy the right stuff. If you're determined to go down that path, LMK and I'll give you my buddy's email address. He put a gen3 in his alltrac, reusing the original harness. It sorta runs 2 years later. He can probably help you out with the 50-60 wires to hack up.
