Finally found my MR2

Just got myself a 91 JDM NA hardtop MR2..Red of course! only 37km on the car, great condition..some small belmishes on the body which most have buffed out. Removed the Japanese GPS system which would not work over here. Car is completely stock right now..will drive it for a while and think about what mods to do if any. Are there any good MR2 meets on the west coast in the summer?

is it a toyota stock GPS system?

keep checking back for some meets. I know there is a meet in your area every year, and its pretty big.

The system was made by Xanavi, and from the look of the install it was an aftermarket unit. It's an older system as it uses Cds, not DVDs for the maps. I have no software for it, but have been able to hook the 5 inch monitor up to my laptop just for the fun of it. Removed it all from the car and put in a factory Toyota storage pocket instead. Raido is JDM as well, so limited use for radio stations as the frequesncy bands for FM is different.

Thanks..doing a lot of browsing to see what's going on with Mr2s these days..spent all day getting the car cleaned and polished..what nice lines on theses cars!
