Awesome! Glad to have you here. I've been interested in a V6 since I saw Mitch's at SE2004. Post some pics.

Mines a work in progress, i email Jim pic's now and then but i need a place to host pictures. Been working on mine for bout 2.5 years, it's a long term project since i'm always coming up with new ideas, haha. Anyhow, ran outta car money so it's just waiting to get running. If anyone can host pics let me know and i'll get the digi cam out and show you all my mad skills, LOL.

Still a work in progress, but doing my best to keep it "clean". I'll take some pics of the interior when i have time. Those pics are kinda old, so there is new "stuff" modified, haha.

I'll post more pics when i get the chance.

Been working on my exhaust. I've got twin hyabusa pipes that i gutted and am planning to use for my mufflers. I am still working out the routing issues from the manifolds to the pipes. It's hard to make the bends nice and smooth and still keep both sides equal lenght. I plan on running them as duals out the center of the trunk. So the exhaust is 2 inch at the manifolds and then gets stepped to 2 /14 at the mufflers. The cans themselves are 4 1/4 diameter and are roughly 26 long. Still have to make some sort of baffle for the inside of the mufflers and then tips. As measured with a tape measure, each bank exhaust is about 42 inches long from the manifold to the end of the muffler can.

I still need to build a front brace to support my radiator in the frunk. Then i can finally fasten down my fiberglass test hood. Once that is done i can fab rest of the ducting from the front air scoop to the radiator.

The supercharger sits almost flush with the bottom edge of the rear glass so there is no possible way to make a stock engine lid fit. I plan on fast backing the rear in a couple of sections. The rear brace is ugly and was originally used for supporting the engine and trans so i could build the mounts. I have a total of 5 mounts supporting the assy., 3 stock ones on the trans and 2 modified ones on the 5v. I designed my setup so that they would take the torque and would not need to be upgraded later. The left bank mount ties directly to the underbrace i made. The right bank mount bolts to stock holes in the rear sub- member. I'll eventually re-do the rear brace cause i'm planning to use it as a tie in point for the cage from the front to the rear. Since i cut out the trunk firewall it needs to stay to keep the engine compartment rigid. You can almost tell from the pic, the brace has a light bow in it. It is a straight piece of square tubing, but is slightly longer and so is actually putting pressure on the top of the strut/unibody mount to keep them from flexing in.

The interior is fully gutted cept for the dash bar, seat and steering wheel. I even stripped the harness down to only the necessary circuits. Stock doors are still in place for now, though they are stripped except for the latch and outer handle assy. Only gauge installed so far is an autometer tach, haha. I left the stock e-brake assy. There is currently no rear view or side mirrors, i've got a mod coming for that too.

Just a few more parts needed and it'll run.......................
Once project91 is up and running I plan on doing more mods to the body and suspension. Will prob get it weighed and dyno'ed before i do any of my planned engine mods. That way i'll have a benchmark to base the modifications on.
