New

Hey I'm looking to get a MR2 sometime in the next several weeks. I just totaled my Integra GSR. A dodge dakota slammed into the back of my car and pushed me under a RAV4. Anyway I loved that car to death. The day after the accident my friend took me in a ride in his MR2. It felt like I was driving a go-kart. Although it didn't have the power of my GSR I love how it hugged the corners and the fact that you could actually drift in it. I just want to take a break from the Honda community and try something different. If anyone is selling a their turbo or NA mr2 in the atlanta area hit me up. I would really appreicate it.

Welcome aboard the board! Aww man that sucks. There's this guy at my school that totaled 2 gsr's. I'm sure there's an mr2 for you there somewhere. check mr2trader.com if autotrader just isn't cutting it.

oh yeah, i don't think drifting is a smart thing to do in our cars.

Welcome! You'll get lots of mixed opinions on drifting on here. (Go watch the Drift Bible and see how hard it is, even Tsuchiya can't do it VERY well)

also, with an exhaust and intake I've heard of NA MR2s beating up on GS-Rs, but I'm not sure if they had cams or not. You have to remember that the MR2 has the 5SFE Camry motor in it over here, but boy is it great for autocross.

If you want something faster than your GSR, get yourself a turbo and you're set!
