First Time Here!

Hello every one. My name is Le. I am new to this forum. I am here to promote our products and help you guys in composite designs especially Carbon Fiber parts. I have done many CF projects for our clients. If you see a need in designing a new idea in CF please let me know.

How competitive are your prices? Would you be interested in producing an engine lid for the MK1 MR2? I think the catch there will be to do the NA or SC lid, Some guys will want either or. Can you do group buys? I think that there would be plenty of interest in the right MK1 CF Parts, The sw20 crowd has quite a few options AFAIK....However MK1 guys dont have many options in CF and what little is available I personally am not interested in....such as carbon fiber hood. The engine lid side panels would be cool as well, and a trunk.IMO there arent to many things to be made for the first gen MR2s that would actually be for a purpose other than just asthetics. I am mostly for functionality. But some in the MR2 community call MK1 owners cheap, Generally that may be true but there are plenty of MK1 owners who would be interested in CF pieces. And my last addition, how will your companies quality control be implicated? are you looking for guinea pigs to get as close to oem as possible.

I noticed that they looked like overlays, but a couple items seemed to actual CF. Good question though

driftmonster,

Thank you very much for your interest in our products. FULE DESIGNS is a young company who came from an automotive design community. We concentrate on low volume but high quality composites products. We warranty products quality and fitment.

As far as the MK1 engine lids go, we can produce them if we have a group buy of 5 or more. We use super high quality aero space grade epoxy and carbon fiber fabric. Our price is somewhat higher compare to other online companies because we do not use cheap fiber glass as backing material. We use mostly carbon fiber and/or honeycomb core depending on the designs.

The price for 5+ group buy of the engine lid should be around $580 shipped. Don't be surprised with the price be cause our product quality will justify it.

Because of our company is small in size, our quality control is well managed. We double check every single step of the process and individual parts before we ship. We work on one part at a time to provide the highest quality possible.

Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.

The pictures you are seeing are 100% CF overlaid on factory parts. We can do free form modeling CF parts as well and that is our mainstream. We can post some more pictures of custom full CF products when we have a chance.
