Yet another newbie....
Hello Everyone,
I'm Angel. I live in Darlington SC. I have a 93 MK2 NA, white, stock. I have owned it since 1997, and am the second owner. My first car was a 84 Pontiac Fiero, and when it was wrecked, I bought my 2. I hope to be doing some mods to my 2 in the near future, so any ideas, suggestions and helpful hints would be greatly appreciated. Let's see, some other stuff about me... I'm a tax accountant. I have a spoiled Black Lab. I was a military brat, born in Ohio, moved all over, with time spent in FL, MI, NY, and LA. I am single, but involved. My boyfriend is my high school sweatheart. He's also the best mechanic I know (college graduate, ASE cert master tech, and GM cert vette Dr.) I am also into digital photography, nascar, hockey, and music. You can visit my blog at www.UCmba97.blogspot.com I try not to get in front of a camera often, but there is a pic of me on my homepage, which is linked from my blog. I hope to get the chance to meet some of y'all sooner or later. Thanks for taking the time to read this. Being safe & having fun are not mutually exclusive! Take Care, Ang |

Welcome! There isnt much support for hockey on this board. I play and love hockey aswell. You should post some pic of your mr2 in the Gallery. Any questions you have, ask away, there are alot of knowledgable people on here to assist.

What part of Ohio are you from? I have family in Toledo, Sandusky, Akron, and Columbus.
Add one more to the hockey list. I'm not really a NASCAR guy though. Go fast... Turn left... ![]() Welcome and I hope you have a good time! -Jason |

yea, I cant say I really enjoy nascar. I'd much rather live for the turns. But again I love a straight line 1/4 mile so what do i know. heh

What a nice warm Welcome.
Greater Cincinnati is the area of Ohio I'm familiar with. Family north of there in Hamilton, not too far from Miami University (of Ohio). As for the Fiero, there is no comparison. I had no idea how underpowered I was until the Fiero was hit, and the MR2 was purchased. It is interesting that both are white and mid-engine. The fiero was a good first car. I loved it at the time. When I brought it home and showed my father he said (and I quote) "at least I know you're not F@cking in it". But once it had been hit, I didn't trust it anymore. I did post a pic of my 2 in the gallery, but she's still all stock, and in need of a paint job. Thanks so much. Nice to meet you all, Ang |
