Newbie from Deep South Africa

Hi all! I am a very proud owner of a red '01 MR2 spyder

I've had her for 2 years now. I bought her with a mere 16000km's(10000 miles)
Since then I've fitted 17' inch wheels (black 5 spoke with chrome dish)
Tein Springs; AEM CAI; B&M short shifter; momo gear kob; front and rear bonnet struts; new spec side air intakes; and a custom twin pipe dual exit cat back system(pre-CATs removed) All badges removed and new custom badges replaced on the front bumper, steering wheel and wheel caps.
Bades are the th 'S' from Superman thus the Super'M'.
I am currently building a 1MZ for her.
Oh It's also great bieng mistaken for a Porsche/Ferrari/even a lambo

....I have never claimed to be any of the above...I'm pround to have My TOYO MR2 Spyder!!!!

Has anyone else put a 1mz into a MkIII?

As far as i know besides Blitzo in the states there is a Red Mk3 with a 3VZ and a Silver Mk3 with a 1MZ which have just been done in the UK check MR2 Roadster Owners' Club

As soon as i can get someone to help me I'll post some pics up...i just use the net, don't really know how it all works

besides I'm learning the in's and outs of a certian 1MZ

My good friend's brother-in-law is from Johannesburg, he was a cop there as a young man before coming to Canada. He has quite a few stories to tell, it seems like a pretty crazy place. Where I'm from in British Columbia there is a tonne of South Africans, most of them seem to be doctors, so I have a few friends hailing from the deep south. I'd like to go there one day
