Can't wait to see it! Welcome to MR2Board
How readily available are the newer models on your side of the pond? It's hard as hell to find anything newer than a '92 here in the US.

The following work will be getting done over the next few weeks:
Timing belt (not due one for another 8000 miles, but i want it done for piece of mind). Rear pads (including colour coding of rear calipers/carriers) Lowered on Tein S-Tech springs (collect on Friday) Full decat stainless steel system (from Stainless Creations) SARD intake system Trust Greddy gearknob Clear side repeaters Goodridge braided brake hoses Alloys refurbished in silver 4 Brand new Toyo T1R's Standard front brace powdercoated in red Same for the rear brace (when i locate one) Thats all i can think of the now, dont think ive missed anything. It will be getting dyno'd after the exhaust and Sard intake - hoping to breach the 200bhp mark. |

What are you going to be using for dampers? OE dampers won't tolerate much of a drop for long.

Not going to change the dampers. I put the same springs on my Rev2 and all was fine.

...Consider a set of front and rear Strut Braces. I was surprised how much difference my Cusco ones made (had to remove the OEM front one but the rear x brace is still in there as well). If you want to have a look at what I'm doing some time, I'm down at the Folks in Polmont every now and a agin, I can take my '2 down at some point for you to have a look. Richard |

Never, you can't be far from Nikk1887 then either then. And I worked out Edophus is only a few hunderd yards from where I stay in Culloden. Small world.
Not sure at the moment. Probably back down at some point in the next 6 weeks -might need to drive down to Glasgow on business in the next fortnight, I could drive down in my car instead. I'll drop you a PM with my details at some point. ...That reminds me, must get back in touch with Edophus. Richard |
