Take it easy on the new guy.

Hey everyone. After 4 years of marriage my wife finally gave in and let me get the car I wanted. I bought a 2000 MR2 Spyder. I love to do the maintainence myself on all of my cars but I currently have no clue where the location of the stuff is yet. If anyone knows of any good DIY sites or threads that you would like to pass along I would be most greatful. I promise 6 months from now I'll catch up to most of you.

Thumbs up

hey.

I have had my 2000 Spyder for about 4 months or so. It was bone stock when I bought it, and I am one of thoose folks that can't leave anything stock. I have to make it "me". They are great cars and tons of fun. Finding aftermarket parts has been a bit more of a challenge than i expected. It seems that there isn't all that much available for them. And what is available is costly. I have found that Ebay has been the best way to go. There are several other web sites that have stuff, but again they are costly and there isn't all that much to choose from. Unless you are looking for full body kits. Alot of them. But, I guess it depends on what you are looking for want to do. SpyderShopper.com - The Premier Source for Spyder Aftermarket and Performance items is also a good place to start too. Which ever ya do, have fun. I know I have been.....
