hi i am a new mr2 owner. i bought a 1991 mr2 about a week ago. but i am having difficulties already. it died and wont start now. thought it was out of gas put some in , it ran for a while then died. we replaced the fuel filter, and still nothing. any ideas of what could be wrong

welcome.... and did u chk if ders any spark and is ur mr2 turbo?...we need a lil info of the car....

Definitely need a little more info. But it might be your ignition components. This might be a good time to do some maintenance. Spark plugs, wires, cap/rotor, etc. If you can provide some more information, I'm sure someone will be able to help you out some more.
