New with pics
Hello all, just bought a '91 N/A, so i thought i would share with everyone.
Only thing wrong with car is it needs a new battery, Engine bay prop(can see it's missing), shift boot, new speakers(foam is dry rotted), probably a cd player. But as you can see it's very clean. |

Very nice. Congratulations. Instead of getting a replacement prop rod, upgrade to the gas charged prop rod. Here is one from KO racing: KORACING :: High Quality Automotive Parts - Products. What are your plans for her?

Don't you have to have an aftermarket intake for the Prop Rod?
Basically my plans are to fix what I already mentioned was wrong and enjoy it. I don't think that it is worth the money to mod the 5sfe, and a swap is too expensive at this point in my life.(graduating college in May) I really would like the NATKO exhaust because it looks and sounds nice, but is expensive. I might put some nicer rims and mod the suspension/brakes at some point. I am going to be going to car shows with my dad who has a 1977 trans am with 57k original miles on it and is worth $39k according to the insurance company. So i think keeping as stock as possible is the way to go. Or at least hang on to the stock stuff so you can change it back if need be. |
