Hello to the MR2 peeps!

Howdy, new to the board...

Am looking for a 1993-1995 MR2 Turbo that I would like to use as a track car. Got my start in drag racing, putting ford strokers in old fox bodies and seeing how fast we could make em, etc. In my mid-20's got more interested in autocross and road racing, etc, and bought a 1979 Porsche 930T, which eventually led to a 914 with a 3.2L swap. Still have the 930T, but sold the 914 a few months ago. Decided to go with something a bit less costly when repairs are required. These MR2's are a blast to drive and I'm looking forward to buying one when the right one comes up.

Now if I could just find a '95...

If I DO find a 1995 Turbo, the plan is to drive it at track events for a few years, perhaps commute in it for a few years too, and then restore it to mint like the 930T.

This board seems like a cool place to get info on these cars, which is why I'm here. Been reading a lot the last few months, and am learning more and more every day.
