Hi Guys
Lurked for a while, thought I would check in.
I'm from Cheshire England and own a MK1 that I am racing this year.
Though it's new to me it's been racing for the last 2 years and carries it's fair share of scars.
I have bought another Mk1 that I was going to part to tidy up the race car, but the parts car is more solid than the race car so will be prepped to replace it mid season.

A bit closer to home for you guys I also a 1969 Mercury Cougar 390 and a 1981 Checker Marathon.

Welcome to the Board

Are you going to be doing that MR2 race series that they have there? I would be in heaven if I lived there with the opportunity to be a race series with so many MR2's.

There are 2 MR2 series this year run by different clubs.
One is open to Mk1 & Mk2, the other for MK1 only.
I'm competing in the MK1 only series, should be a tight grid

We used to own the NYPD Interceptor behind the Checker, we sold that last year and are in the process of selling the Checker.
(Clear light bar lenses and POLICE changed to POLITE with a magnetic T for driving on the road)
