Hi everyone :)

Hello there everyone. I'm Mike and i just inherited my dads 2000 mr2. I am looking to do some work to it and get into things in my area soon. Looking forward to meeting everyone. I like the site so far happy to see it is a vb site. I have made many sites and can code.. so if the webmaster here needs any help i'm here and if you guys are interested in anything from custom coding or skins or graphics i prob can get help out with that or i know people who could for some cash .

Welcome! Where are you located? A good place to start is the regional forums (Regional Discussions & Events - Toyota MR2 Message Board).

Welcome! What are you plans for the Spyder? Pics are a must

I personally like the board format just the way it is I've seen other boards that make your eyes bleed trying to read it because of black backgrounds with white letters and all that. Plain and simple is so much easier on the eyes.

Here is some pics of the car i took last year when my dad still had it.. Now it is mine YAY.

And ur right about the color of the forums some people like light forums and some like dark i personally grew up on dark sites so i like dark layouts.. but the nice thing about vb and other forums software sites is that you can have more than one layout. i find it good to have a dark and a light on the sites. that way people who have a hangover and still feel the need to post it up wont have to were shades XD.. But i can always show you examples of the work we do over at CRK Corp.

PS.. The car has 69,000 miles. and is bone stock.

I went with a Audiowerks Sub Enclosure, loaded with a Boston Acoustic G1 (10"). It fit perfectly in my 91, behind the passenger seat and I put the amp behind the driver seat. The t-tops still fit too. Here is a link to their site: AudioWerks. The guys are really helpful and prices were really good too. Good luck.

I remember I got a really good deal on it (not exactly sure how much, but I think got it during a group buy a while a go). IIRC, the price of the enclosure itself was around $80, but if you get it loaded I'm sure you can get them to make you a better deal. I'm not sure how much space you have behind your passenger seat, but if you talk to the guys over at Audiowerks and tell them you have a mkiii and are looking for a sub/sub enclosure, they'll be able to help you out (ask for Matthew Shay). You might want to look into the ShawnM enclosures as well. They are also pretty slim and might be a good fit. Good luck!
