'86 AW11 Checkin' in! Virginia!
Sup fellaz, name's Elric. I'm new to the MR2 scene but been around the import scene for the last 10 years. Figured I'd drop a line here on my first post! Here's the beauty though. '88 AW11 N/A w/ 246k on the clock, all original, even has the build sheet from the factory in japan.
![]() And here's the project! ![]() My other car is a '93 240SX with a Redtop SR20DET pushing 16psi and 258rwhp ![]() |

Nice cars. I have owned a 240sx for 5 yrs and just got an MK1 MR2 last year. They are so different but are both so much fun. I'm trying to get my junky MR2 up on its maintenance to make it my DD so I can put my turbo on the KA and not really have to worry too much about dependability. Do you do any drifting? (I'm not trying to stereotype, even though I drift mine)

WHoops! haven't checked this post in a hot minute. I'm till gathering parts for the 20v swap, just ordered the fuel line kit from side 2 side racing, energy suspension bushings from two'sRus, XTD 9lb Flywheel, Exedy Clutch, and maintenance items for the 20v before it goes in gaskets and whatnot.
The 240 is actually being parted and sold as we speak. It's partially funding this project as well. |
