 Welcome to THE MR2 Board. I used to live in SD as well.....moved in 97. I liked it there, but the po po was pretty annoying there. It seems like everything is against the law there.

The hood is carbon fiber. It's amazing how much lighter this hood is compared to the OEM hood.
