New to this board but not to MR2s...
I have been a long time lurker to the MR2 scene. This year I will be entering the scene and will hopefully be here for many moons. The "to-do" list is long. The wish list is also fairly long. I just want to meet some other MR2 owners and share the wealth. I live in New York near Buffalo so I hope to meet up with some other MR2 owners sometime that I have not already met.
I do not have an MR2 in my garage as of yet....but that will soon change. This has been my toy for the last 5 years: ![]() ![]() Yes....I am an audiophile. But, I keep it clean. No obnoxious ported boxes here. Just some friendly SQ. ![]() ![]() I like to do my own fabrication and designing: ![]() ![]() And, Like I said, I like to keep it clean: ![]() While I meticulously cared for my beloved 99 Grand Am GT...it is time to upgrade. That too will also see the same attention, if not more. Last edited by Luke_L; 03-18-2009 at 10:53 AM. |

BUMP...
Picked it up this weekend. ![]() ![]() ![]() I must say this MR2 is in amazing condition. The only "issue" is the paint in some small spots but that is an easy fix IMO...it is going to be a fun ride. Stay tuned. |

Welcome Luke
What are your plans for the MR2? That was some nice audio work on the Grand Am. |

Thanks Guys.
'93 NA Black/Blue Interior (Mint) 116K on Motor/Trans (Still in great shape. Strong.) Everything feels tight and it has good power. I am very pleased with this Two. They only flaw is some of the paint but I can fix that. As far as plans I want this to be an even nicer NA. I may look into a 1MZ swap but I really like the way the car is Stock. I will be doing some minor interior stuff (There is an aftermarket JVC headunit - I will be putting an OEM back in). I like the styling of the car but I want to get some different rims. Maybe some foglights, clear corners, etc...No 94+ tails. I like these. Other than that. This will be pretty much a clean cruiser. Thanks for the welcome. |

Welcome Luke!
