Clacking Noise, Oil light flickering-Mechanic Long Beach CA?

Hi! New to the board and new to owning a MR2 too. LOVE my little car but it's got me worried. It's making a loud clacking noise in the right engine and the oil light is flickering on and off. Just had the oil changed...scared to take it to just an mechanic. Anybody know of a good mechanic in Long Beach, CA 90805? Thanks!!!

what year is it? Make sure you have enough oil, and top it up if necessary.

How loud is it? Has it being doing this since you got it?

Which light is it? Is it the orangey/yellowy light or is it the Red light?

It matters.
