New to the site from NC

Hey guys! I have been on MR2OC for a while, but wanted to see what all goes on here as well. I hail from the mountains of NC and am a toyota guy at heart. Here are the cars that I have and am slowly working on.

I have my 91 N/A - working on a beams swap

85 Corolla GTS - Working on a 20v turbo swap

and my 85 MR2 - Custom convertible, donor if the 20V Turbo, returning back to N/A

My Google Map

Wow, in 20 years of mr2 ownership I have only seen 1 other convertible. Wow

Down here in South Florida the Corolla's are even harder to find than mr2's.

Thanks for the comments! I am from Brevard, NC but go to school around Shelby, NC. And the MKI was a sunroof car, but the guy I bought it from started this to eventually install a soft top. The cut is pretty clean so I may just fill in a few spots and leave it as is. Unless I happen to find the money to finish sourcing out/making a soft top. Doubt it though.

i know where brevard is. ive been there a few times to go to the skate park.

but anyways, there is a place in raleigh that does custom convertibles. dont know how much they charge, but they do amazing work. they are called auto interiors and tops. give them a call.

I'll look into that as some point, but right now I just need a running car again.
