Big Project, Need Help

Hey everyone. nice to see this forum has a check in space for us new guys.

anyways I don't acctually own an MR2 and I'm only looking for a Shell, with working steering , brakes, wheel hubs, suspension and driveshafts. I've got an engine out of a 93 mr2 and I'm trying to build a track car for the local race track.

I'm from Belleville, Ontario, Canada, which I'm sure doesn't mean anything to anyone. I'm currently a student, but my teachers are on strike(and I'm not happy) so I'm working for a local factory in their machine shop.

anyways I've designed this little race car and I wanna build it but I don't wanna have to go out and buy all new suspension components. so I'm here looking for a MR2 shell, and I figure you are the guys to ask for help when I need it(and will I ever!).

Hello and welcome. There are alot of knowledgable guys here and i am sure atleast 1 of them can answer your questions.

I've been to Belleville !! My aunt and uncle used to live in Cornwall, and I'd always go check out some of the close towns. Its a neat spot

Hey canadam, sorry to butt in here, but there's a local guy here that has a stripped shell, and i mean stripped to ****, but it's selling for 200 bucks, it's on the nocal forums on the other board..(thread's locked tho) missing almost everything, just the frame, suspension, and wheels.. 91 na shell, red and clean title. I took a look at it, but decided it was too much work for me.

You are like the forth guy that I have heard that is looking for an Mr2 shell. I just had a guy who sold me some mitsibishi parts for a car I am fixing that is also looking for an Mr2 shell. He wants to get rid of his turbo eclipse for an Mr2.

That's a good deal, but the shipping isn't worth it on a car with nothing on it.
