Hello everyone,
I am new to this forum. I have owned 2 MR2s since Y2K; one was 91 MR2 N/A and recenly I bought a 94 MR2 N/A. N/A is good for my daily commuting. I am here to get help!! I recently bought a set of 17x7 +40 wheels w/215/45/17 front and 235/45/17 rear. The tires fit on the wheels perfectly but what's bad is that the front tires rub my stock suspension. Any suggestion will be great. Thanks in advance.btw, the brand of the wheel is BSA 341 Black. http://www.bsa.com.my/web/newfproduct_cam.htm |

First of all welcome to the board.
Second I have the same size tires as you on stock suspension and I dont have that problem. As a matter of fact mine are 17X7.5. Does your car bounce at all?. |

Thank you for replying me!
I didn't drive my 2 w/ those tires. The tire guy told me not to drive w/ them cuz the suspension will eat up my tires. He told me to put 10mm spacers in the front but I dun want them to stick out of the fenders. So I am kinda stuck!! |
