First of all, I don't own an MR2. I own a 1989 Toyota Camry w/ a 3S-GTE out of a turbo celi. Don't laugh either.

This beast is actually faster than you think. But no ABS, faulty power steering, wet newly paved roads, oncoming traffic and curbs don't mix. So now I have a bent chassy. So now I'm definitely looking to get a replacement car. For the past year I've been researching the MR2 MKII. As soon as I saw this car I fell in love with it, and ever since then I have spent countless nights researching and studying this car inside and out. I am really looking forward to purchasing an MKII, because I feel like I know it so well, never having even been in one myself. I live at the beach in Wilmington, NC. Wrightsville Beach- Dubtown. This is pretty much ricetown, a few nice cars. A Supra or two, a 3rd gen RX-7 TT. They wouldn't be here though if it wasnt for BNT Performance. They've recentely built some TT 350Zs, and some crazy 800whp Firebirds. As for the MR2's, scattered MKI's & MKIII's. I've only spotted three Turbo MKII's and a handful of N/A's. But I hope to have a good time here, and I know I'll be here a lot. (Already spent five hours here tonight) Peace.

Welcome to the Board!

If your looking for one, definately check out our MR2 for sale section and www.mr2trader.com for mr2s for sale. Since you live in NC, there is a ton of MR2s in your neck of the woods and i bet you will be able to find one pretty easily within a couple hundred miles of you. Good luck on your search, and again....welcome.
