New guy here.
Hiya.
My name's Matt, and I am considering buying a mkII MR2. I come from a Toyota family going all the way back to 77' when my dad bought a celica. Took my drivers liscence test in his supra turbo, my first truck was a Yota pickup etc. etc. You get the idea. My family knows toyota quality. When I was a teenager, I was very fascinated with these cars, and I actually scammed a car dealer into letting me test drive a black 93 N\A 2. I was hooked. I decided recently that I needed a new project car, and have been shopping for a nice MR2, when I stumbled across this site. My current lineup is a 98' Avalon xls and an 06' Scion xB (Hey it gets great mileage  ) and I am looking for a third vehicle to sit in the garage until nice summer days. I see theres plenty of great info here, so I better get reading (the thing at the top of the screen says I have 2487 new posts to read) Well thats enough about me.... |

Hello! Where are you from?
My dad is your standard american V8 guy. He currently has a 73 vette he's had since new and a new project 69 Camaro. I laugh and make jokes about him because he loves chrome so much, his new Camaro is undergoing bodywork, wiring, the entire body is taken apart but the motor is completely done, all chrome LOL! |

He almost made it home when we just had to go get him and he left his baby at a friends house. Those things are really bad in the snow lol. It was traded in on a new toyota 4x4 (pre-tacoma).
