New to mr2board.com
Hello,
My name is Ryan. Its my first post here. I picked up a 91t about three months ago with a head gasket problem and some other minor problems. But its up and running now. Hopefully you guys can help me with some of the minor problems I still have with the car. I'll post some pictures when I get some nice wheels. |

Hey welcome to the board. I have a question, when your headgasket was blown , can you explain what was wrong with the car, if it was smoking, sounds bad, etc

I'm not sure if the previews onwer did it himself or was taken to a shop, but it was a generic gasket and belts. So I rebuild the top head and changed everything to OEM parts (belts, water pump, themostat, bearings, and etc). It took me weeks to decide to take the head out. I didn't know what was causing the car to overheat. If your having overheating problem, let me know if you have any other question. I can probably help you out. Thanks Ryan |
