here are teaser pics of the supra bolt on exhaust housing we could have used if we wanted to go this route (still can if someone doesn't care about OEM DP/cat firament).

the exhaust housing for this model (supra bolt on) is investment cast stainless steel and is of the highest quality in regards to design, manufacture (USA!), machining, etc. nothing else which bolts on compares at all... guaranteed!

the MR2 turbo is being built this exact same way with the highest quality and standards available which is why this project is taking more time than anticipated... but as you can see from the pics the castings will be absolutly perfect! this is another reason i am 110% confident our true MR2 bolt on will kick ass and take names

**UPDATE** the turbo is being finished at the builders and should be here early next week for test fitting and possibly initial dyno figures.

the car: 92 NA hardtop w/gen3 swap. just dynoed tuesday 241WHP 244WTQ @15psi boost. relevant mods are: HKS dual dragger exhaust, K&N drop in air filter (stock airbox), turboXS MBC. the rest of the engine is stock and still has stock IC and primary cat.... so we'll see how it compares with stock cat vs ct20b.

It looks so nice so far. This might be my choice for a turbo when it gets done.

i'll have to double check on the costs but i'm hoping we can keep the water cooled journal bearing model at around $1475 MSRP

this will hands down be the best choice for anyone wanting the stock look and PLENTY of performance potential.

due to the restrictivness of the stock exhaust manifold around 500-550whp we're not going to make any claims that it'll hit 600whp but we can configure turbos from ct20 range to GT35R range which should get stock looking cars to the 500 or so whp range very nicely

Wow I just saw this today... right now... very freaking nice.

I need to sell my ct20b before this makes their value drop.

The quality of workmanship looks amazing. Can't for the initial release.

as of yesterday we're about a week out on the MR2 unit... they did send me a ST165/supra unit to make a DP for and piddle with in the meantime... will get pics of it once DP is fabbed up and get some dyno runs in. won't be exactly sane spool as the MR2 version since it's a T4 based internal scroll on exhaust housing and the MR2 version will be .63AR t3 internal scroll exhaust housing.

no problem. everyone who has emailed me about being in the tester program is still in there unless they email me requesting to be removed. have only had one person do that so far.
