It can need paint, it can't have rust. Turbo or NA. Seats can be bad, but the rest of the interior should be as good as possible. Rear bumper can be torn, no frame damage. No previous salvage. Any colour works, no red or green if possible. Figured a shell should be around 2 grand.

i have a card for a transport company which hauls between here and the border -- i believe shipping a car non running would be in the $500-$600 range -- bit that's just my guesstimate

I'd be interested in getting the info from the business card of the transport company you mentioned. Hansens quoted me $2800 for Las Vegas to Toronto Canada for a running MR2. However, they won't take parts cars.

Mister3, out of curiosities sake, how much for a shell, no frame damage, don't care about anything else, Prefer t-tops. The more its stripped and the cheaper it is the better.

i have sold complete cars w/excellent everything minus engine for $2800 (was a salvage title also) so depending what i get it for and what it comes with + salvage or non-salvage title all play a part in the price. i'm not here to give things away -- i would like reasonable prices for what i'm selling. i really don't mind parting them completly out just to get what i'd like to + out of them. let me know what style you're looking for and i may have a few which will fit the bill |
