If you haven't been to a formal school for it I am sure there is a bit of how to information around. It is pretty simple. And there is a spray that you can use to help it keep from attempting to bond to the main mold. I believe its also Urethane based. I have even come across the Saturday morning Speed Channel shows go over how benificial it is.
