OK first off change the brown wire....
instead of connecting it to the TPS connect it to the same wire as the BLUE SMT6 wire. WHen using the tps to detect load on a turbo vehicle you are bound to have HUGE issues just because at 50% throttle you could be in vacuum or at 10psi....this variance means you will never have the proper fueling

I have a afm!
So I connect the brown wire to the blue wire but leave the blue wire still connected as is now?

yes

You will have to rescale the deflection table because 0-100% isnt good as the car idles at like 25% and ends around 90%

ALSO did you try adding the pull up to the IGN IN (YELLOW) wire?

If not take on of the 2 BLACK/BLUE wires and attach it to the YELLOW wire. This will amplify the signal as you could be loosing your ignition signal up that high

when I made these changes I got signal from the AFM,but the TPS signal seems to work against the AFM signal and the load deflection on idle is about 40%.
When opening the throttle with the car running the load moves down to about 10% and releasing the throttle it jumps to about 60% and back to 40% at idle, seems like I would have to convert one of the signals (AFM or TPS) to make them work the same way,am i right
How do I do this in that case??

remove the TPS wire from the mix...that does not need to be hooked up anywhere...you are JUST using the AFM wire as the LOAD deflection AND ANA1 Input.

The reason it goes backwards is because at 0% the afm is wideopen and at 60% its more closed...it works backwards as thats what toyota has made it do (0v wide open 5v closed)
