I dont know what you mean by standalone or piggyback. Still learning the frases, lol.
There is the ignition ecu and the main ECU. the stock ecu has been removed. It needs a good tuneing. |

The stock computer has been removed. I have the microtech Ignition ecu and the engine control. They need to be tuned.

Stand alone means that you remove the stock ecu in favor of a completly tunable racing ecu. Piggyback means you still run on the stock ecu but slight adjustments are made to fuel and ignition timing. The vacuum hoses for the ABV are simple, just the blue vsv plugs into it and the brown one does the fuel pressure. I keep saying I'll post a picture then don't lol

haha yer i wouldnt mind that pic ae. mabye i will post a pic of how i haver got it set up atm also. I have a feeling the, VsV's have been removed.... will post a pic in a couple of days.

Great thank you. i seem to be missing both VsV"s??!! I have a feeling when the car had the ecu installed they were removed.... is it possible for it to sc12 to work without them?

Yes it is possible using the ABV mod. This involves T'ing off one line to make the ABV shut all the time even above the psi it was designed to open at, it is a mod you do when you change the pulleys. The brown vsv helps regulate fuel pressure at the rail so that is not going to stop you boosting but still something you want to have hooked up.
