Gauging Interest: Intercooler Kit - But not just any kit

I am working on a project that may or may not work. My goal is to create an intercooling setup that allows you to achieve BELOW ambient temperatures in a daily driven, rock solid setup. That means no additional ice or spray coolers of any types have to be added to achieve these low temperatures. The temps will always be that low.

This is all IF what I am working on works.

Now, my question for you guys (and girls ) is:

1) What this sort of a setup would be worth to you
2) What you would realistically pay for something like this

Baktash

Depending on how it's put together, and assuming it does manage to keep IAT UNDER ambient as a 'norm' instead of having to use ice. I'd say it'd be worth AT LEAST the price of putting together a typical A2W with front mount HE.
