There's not really a catch. It's a great exhaust, All polished stainless steel and full 3" from start to finish. Dyno results would vary from car to car depending on what sort of setup you have and what exhaust you had before. If you are going from the stock turbo exhaust to this, you should see around a 10-30rwhp increase depending on the rest of your setup, turbo, IC, etc...

well i dont have exhaust.... i gotta shop doing a JDM 3SGTE 2nd Gen swap into my 91 N/A right now and im gonna be driving it home w/ open downpipe... i needa order exhaust and i really like the TKO but damn... $800 for exhaust!!

so i saw this and it looks almost identical to it and im pretty impressed with it.

Great price for 3" !!! im definatly going to order this tonight or tomorrow

i just bought the car... never even driven it yet. I bought it with the motor bolted in and it still has the N/A exhaust on it. So im REALLLL excited right now.... in fact i have been here at work all day looking up exhaust lol

TKO is way over priced, I recently got lucky and purchased an Greddy Power Extreme for 750 at a Mr2 meet yesterday. They make knock offs of the TKO on Ebay, which I heard are just as good. In my opinion The Berk Technolgy is inexpensive and is also 3" split to dual 3", and not 3'' split to 2.75 (something like that, might be reversed) IE the TKO. I have a Greddy SP for sale if your interested, with the stock Down pipe. Greddy discontinued all mr2 Exhausts, sucks.

So you're willing to spend $750 for what, a used (?) 2.75" PEx but feel $50 more for a new 3" TKO is over priced?

Those "knock-offs" are actually of EB's B-II. Unless you're referring to the Butterfly exhaust from the UK which technically, retailed for over $1000 back in the day.

I Don't mind spending that much on a rare item, you know how it is. I want the Garage Fukie, but they go for 1500. I ran across the PEx, and couldnt pass this one up. The PE is like new, had around 1000 miles on it, and I got it from one of the ATS guys. Gotta give you props dude, you know your exhausts.
