A2W Setups & Pumps
Just wanted to give you guys a heads up since some of ya'll have been waiting for this and asking me for updates pretty often...
As some of you know for the last 2-3 months I've been in search of a couple of key things to add to our line of A2W intercooler items. One of the main things I've been in the search of is a high volume pump to add to our list of items for the guys shooting for higher horsepower than what the Bosch (aka Ford Racing / Mercedes) pump will handle. There are a few pumps available on the market which are specifically designed for high coolant and are high output, but most are fairly expensive ($300-500). There are also other pumps that are high output, but are designed to use with water, not coolant, which many people use (these are cheaper but are not designed for use with coolant and eventually break down). Some high volume pumps pull way too much amps and stress your electrical system. And lastly, most of the higher volume pumps are extremely large and difficult to fit in tight spaces. So the good news. I've finally sourced a high volume pump that fits our needs perfectly. * It is a high volume pump (20gpm) * It is designed specifically for use with coolant so the seals/pump/impeller will not break down over extended use * It is not big, comes in a fairly small form factor and is easy to mount in tight spaces * Only pulls 6A of power which will not stress your electrical system These will be available for sale starting next week. For those that are interested make sure you subscribe to this thread, as I'll be posting an update here when we are ready to take orders for them. Baktash |

First one is finally here
So the first pump finally arrived today...
These pumps are custom made just for EMSPowered. You will not find this pump anywhere else. Out of all of our new products offerings, this is the one that I am most excited about. This pump will, in my opinion, be the new pump used by the majority of MR2 owners going with an A2W setup. The pictures speak for themselves. Enjoy!! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

For those that are interested in purchasing one of these pumps. We just started a short term group buy. This is an introductory price, so if you're setting up an A2W IC in the future, grab one while you can, this sale will not repeat: GB: A2W Pump (introductory sale)

We have the test results back. This graph shows the pump's performance at 12V. Most MR2's output around 13-14.5V during normal operation. At 13V the maximum output will be approximately 22.75gpm. At 14V the output of the pump will be approximately 24.5gpm.
