To what I know, they're not even made yet. He still has to get a sample of each one and fit/try both of them before ordering a batch from the manufacturers. I'd assume atleast a few more weeks for they start selling these.

There are other options when looking for 45mm boost gauges, but I figured I'd wait it out and see the quality and fitment of this gauge, specially since its being made for the MR2's cluster. It should be alot easier retrofitting it into the cluster if its made specifically for it. I've bought other items from them and I've had good results every time, just waiting for this gauge is a killer.

Yeah, it's tough waiting this one out, but I'd really like to see this gauge option out in the community.

All updates are appreciated.

Hi guys, this is still in the works. I don't have pics of the final product yet. The analogue one is an easy one, that will hopefully be ready soon if I can convince the manufacturer to make them in a smaller batch instead of their current 1000 unit minimum working on that The digital one takes a little more work because its a 100% custom design for OUR cars.

I have a conference call scheduled with one of the engineers from the manufacturer on Monday. I should know more about timelines after I talk to them.

So I'm assumming its still going to be a few weeks until they're actually for sale?

Do you have any info at all that you can give us? i.e. price, fitment, brand, warranty, availability, etc

After check their site, Jspec Tuning got their 45mm Omori electrical boost gauges in stock for $120 shipped, black face, red needle, white backlight. I'm tempted to just go ahead and buy the Omori one, since the wait for this one is taking longer than expected, and that we dont know much about these gauges that you will be supplying.

1) electric gauge, with digital readout and also a half-circle graph. Accurate to 1% (most gauges you see on the market like autometer, hks, omori, defi, etc.. are accurate to about 5-10%). MAP sensor will be remotely mounted in the engine bay. The only thing running to the gauge cluster will be a couple of wires. This gauge is capable of reading from 0-60psi and fully programable along with dimmer, peak function and boost range settings for the half-circle graph. This will be custom made for the stock location and use stock mount points inside the gauge cluster. This is by far the best performing option and the best fitting. The colors that I know are going to be available so far for the LED's are red, blue, green, and yellow

2) Mechanical analog gauge made to fit the stock location. This will be a drop in fit for the stock location and will be a mechanical gauge, therefore, there will be a vacuum hose runnign to the gauge and a small hole will need to be made in the back of the cluster to allow the vacuum hose through.

A few things to note.

* With the use of an analog (needle) type gauge there is not enough room to have an electrical gauge with a remote sending unit. I've gone through a few different manufacturers and I've been told over and over that there's just not enough room. The only choice we have for an analog (needle) type gauge is a mechanical gauge that would require a vacuum hose to run all the way to the gauge itself. I'm not sure on the colors that will be available for these yet. I should know within a week or so.

* At this point the plan is to offer both options

Now bring on the feedback
