Baktash, where's my order?

Tash,
I ordered a Pro-Z MBC and a IC shroud 5 days ago( #1064), and according to the website, it has not been shipped. If you havn't shipped my order, can you refund the MBC? I need a MBC in the next two days, and I wish I would have just picked one up locally now. I would still like the shroud, since it is not manditory for my car to run. My WG Actuator is a 19psi, and I don't have a FCD.

Anyways, just as to some feedback for the website, it would be nice to see before your customers buy products, wether or not it is in stock. Therefor if they need something in the next few days, they are not wondering as to where their order is.

I can't process anything via paypal, my account is frozen, plus I havn't had anytime to deal with a 4 year old who has to use his moms money. Alos way to hijack the thread.

You order on Thursday July 31st at 9pm (after business hours obviously, so basically order came in for Friday). Typically orders take 1-5 days for processing/shipment. Counting Friday it has been 3 business days. Your order is boxed, labeled and at the local FedEx depot of of a couple hours ago. You should be getting the tracking number emails a little later today. I'm not sure where you order from usually, but ordering from any online stores (even the huge department stores) takes around the same time.

And just some feedback for customers. If you are needing something within a couple of days, CALL FIRST so that we can prioritize your order. We even do overnight shipping for customers when they need stuff ASAP, but you really need to contact us first so that we know to take care of your particular order ahead of the others.

I think that tash is to much of a professional to get involved in something like that.

I wouldn't expect it or want it from tash. It's just a petty thing between cstmx07 and myself. I wouldn't waste the boards time with this but cstmx07 doesn't respond to anything else.
