Black hotpipe issue?

I tried to install my new EMS black hotpipe last night after we had discussed the silicone elbow last week only to find I have 2 problems. One, there doesn't seem to be any or very slight threads in the hole where the bolt from the BOV flange mounts and two, the flange doesn't fit in the opening like it does with the stock pipe. I could probably tap the threads for a bolt to fit but I'm not sure I can do anything about the opening for the flange on the pipe itself. What can we do about this?

There are no threads on the flange we use. Simply use a nut, 2 washers and a bolt. That is the best way to get the tightest fit possible. With a threaded flange, many people end up stripping the threads from overtightening, so we stayed away from that.

Give me a ring and we can go over any installation questions you have.

I thought that might be the case as far as the threads go, just wanted to be sure since the stocker isn't like that.
