Ordering from EMSPOWERED ISSUES

HEY man I ordered some swaybar endlinks form you guys the 22 of feb. It is now the 5 of march and I have yet to get an email on the status of my order or if it was processed or if its getting shipped or anything......... If this is how you guys do business than I am not A happy customer

Strange, usually they're on top of things. I'm sure theres a good reason, something must have slipped by them on that one. I'm sure baktasht will chime in here in a bit and get this all squared away.

Usually our endlinks are in stock and ship within 48 hours. But, we got back ordered on the end links. Should be shipping around the middle of next week.

Ive been waiting 2 and a have weeks for some swaybar endlinks that " i was supposed to get last week"..... Ive gotten No email response, No shipment, date Nothing.... The money was taken Out of my account and I dont have my Parts....... I would like a shipment date or my moneyback... Order #1510:

What's the point of a second thread? I already told you they were back ordered and they'd ship when they arrive. I was expecting them in last week as I stated in my post on your other thread, but they haven't arrived yet.

We don't keep credit card numbers on file for security purposes. Your order gets charged as soon as you submit your order. If you'd like a refund please let me know and we'll take care of it. Otherwise the parts should be here any day now, and will ship the same day they arrive.

The point is that it has been 2 and a half weeks..... You said in the other thread that you were getting them last week... You could have sent me a messege saying that they were still being delayed....... Im not trying to be a **** man, Im just trying to get the car on the road so I can go dyno the dham thing..........

I've ordered stuff from EMS in the past. It's not always easy to wait, but sometimes things get put on back order. It sucks. At least it's EMS and you know they aren't going to screw you.

Be patient. Like he said, they were supposed to come in and they didn't. I can't tell you how long I've waited on other board vendors and I keep hearing the same "any day now" excuse. At least when EMS has said it, they meant it.

Try to keep your posts in the same thread. Making multiple threads of the same problem is confusing.

^ +1 to that. This isn't like ordering something from walmart or something. It sucks sometimes but you just gotta deal with it if you really want the parts. At least you know you'll eventually get the parts. I had this problem with my intercooler I got from EMS and some other parts I got from CRW. I've never been screwed out of any money from either one.

Agreed. EMS is reputable and the prices are great. Just be patient...he will get the issue right and taken care of.

+1 EMS has a good Reputation, they wouldn't ruin it over an item. Give them a little more time, when your part arrives you'll totally forget about everything else

I just got word that I'm getting 1/2 of the endlinks that we had on order by early next week. They'll ship as soon as they get here.
