So whats the difference between the turbo and non turbo exhaust? is the piping different sizes or something? or is it just the fitment?

The turbo and NA versions of our exhaust use the same muffler section. They just use a different "b-pipe" in order to bolt up properly to either a turbo or non-turbo car.

I thinking of buying the exhaust for my n/a, but I have a question would I also need to buy the header as well, to use the exhaust, or would it fit my stock header?

You'd need the header for a direct "bolt-on" install. You can use your existnig header as well, but will need an exhaust shop to put a new flange on it.

Any clips or words on how loud the exhaust is while cruising? On the highway the 5sfe is close to 4k rpm doing 80, and the engine noise is pretty loud.

its freaking loud! i installed mine with the EMS headers, so there's no CAT ... it sound deep and sounds great, but the ting is, suddenly, just a few weeks ago, tons of cops roam around our area!!! luckily none of them stopped me yet, but im thinking of keeping the headers and put back the oem muffler...

Do a search on youtube for MR2 Motoria and you'll see several clips from various people with drive by's, idling, etc...
